John O'Groats to Land's End cycle
| Joe Pawluk and Martin Falkus left for John O'Groats on Wednesday 8th July, full of excitement at the task ahead. Saturday was a tiring day for them and the longest day of the trip. The lads covered 101 miles and were cycling well into the evening. So far they have raised over £2,000 for Malaika Kids and are apparently collecting some donations as they go! Touchingly, the owners of one of the B&Bs at which they stayed, have sponsored them too. |

| Joe says "We are cycling to raise money for Malaika Kids which we want to support as it helps many orphaned children in Tanzania. Virtually all the money raised will go to the project, as overheads are minimal. We want to raise as much as we possibly can so please give whatever you can. Everything will be much appreciated." | ||
