Message from our Patron
It is with great pleasure that I formally accept your invitation to be patron of Malaika Kids. This acceptance is a recognition by myself and the High Commission of Tanzania of the noble work Malaika Kids is doing for the under privileged children in Tanzania.

Malaika children’s village Mkuranga

The Malaika children’s village is a very special place where 320 orphans will be able to find a home. A fantastic master plan has been developed, all about which you can read below: the starting point, the design, the progress and a lot more.

The basis for the Malaika children’s village

A children’s village for orphaned children, how do you build something like that? What sort of environment do they need? How do you give them a safe haven? Important questions, which were answered together with experts before starting on the designs.

- A well thought out concept
- The master plan in short
- Pictures speak louder than words

Masterplan: well thought out plan on a solid basis

The master plan takes account of all the ideas put forward by professionals such as our educational psychologist. High quality requirements are combined with a completely local building process, and a clever design ensures lower costs.

- The building of the village
- Made to measure for the terrain
- Clean water
- Treating waste water responsibly

The current status

A lot of progress has been made with the realisation of the Malaika Children’s Village. Here you can read how professionals and companies have worked out the plans in high detail, and what steps have already been made.
