Bibi Salima Mshama is the grandmother of Salima, Saleh, Haruna and Amina Riziki. Her daughter Fatuma Salehe passed away from malaria and her son in law Ally is mentally ill. She requested the welfare office to take care of her grandchildren as she has become to old.
